Main Areas of Responsibility: 

The Executive Director is responsible for overseeing all facets of the agency, including the administration, finances, programs, grant compliance, strategic planning for the organization, and working collectively with the Albuquerque Police Department and the Albuquerque Family Advocacy Center. Other key duties include fundraising, marketing, and community outreach. The position reports directly to the Board of Directors.

Other Information/Requirements: 

A bachelor’s degree in a related field is required, and an MBA or master’s degree in a related field is preferred. A combination of experience and education will be considered. Professional background including increasing management and leadership experience essential. Five or more years of senior nonprofit management or clinical experience is preferred.
