Main Areas of Responsibility: 

Establish and implement strategic goals, develop effective partnerships and strategic alliances throughout the state, ensure the quality of services and programs. Responsible for ensuring cost-effective management of operations and developing the resources needed to maintain the operations and activities of the organization. Provides direction for communications, public information, public policy and outreach efforts. Responsible for managing the annual operating budget and the staff.

Other Information/Requirements: 

Minimum qualifications: bachelor’s degree in nursing, public administration, business, health care policy or health care administration; management experience with the ability to manage complex projects; ability to work independently and make decisions that require a high degree of judgement; demonstrated proficiencies with word processing, presentation and financial software; experience managing budgets including preparation of financial reports; excellent written, verbal and nonverbal communication skills.
