Main Areas of Responsibility: 

Responsible for developing and maintaining the operational systems, support, and leadership necessary to enable the Board of Directors and staff to accomplish the BCCHC mission, focusing on organizational development, program development, resource development, operations (including supervision of accounting and program staff), advocacy and partnerships, and communications and community outreach.

Additional Areas of Responsibility: 

Looking for a dynamic leader and passionate advocate for the health of everyone in Bernalillo County, with a strong commitment to equity and an understanding of the local community, local cultures and local organizations, as well as experience with and an understanding of community health improvement through collaborative action.

Other Information/Requirements: 

Minimum: bachelor's degree in relevant field with 5 years' experience in nonprofit organizational leadership.
Preferred: master's degree with over 5 years experience in public health or community health-related field in nonprofit leadership/supervisory role. See full job posting at www.bchealthcouncil.org.
