Main Areas of Responsibility:
The Executive Director is the key management leader of CCA and is responsible for overseeing the administration, programs, fundraising and execution of the strategic plan of the organization. Other key duties include marketing, community outreach, and volunteer/board/community relations. The Director supervises CCA staff and reports to the Board of Directors through the Board Chair.
Additional Areas of Responsibility:
1. Works with the Board to fulfill the organization’s mission
2. Takes a leadership role in developing resources sufficient to ensure the financial health of the organization
3. Leads a vibrant and dynamic fundraising effort that ensures financial sustainability
