Main Areas of Responsibility: 

The Executive Director is responsible for RCCCNM’s achievement of its mission, including strategic and operational goals, staffing, programs and financial objectives. The Executive Director must be deeply committed to RCCCNM’s vision and mission, and to excellence in advancing the organization, providing sound fiscal management and sustaining positive relationships with clients, staff, Board of Directors, funders, and other statewide and community partners.

Additional Areas of Responsibility: 

Staff management/leadership, financial and grant management, fundraising/grant writing, public policy education and state/local networking, policy setting, program planning and implementation, board support, community partnerships

Other Information/Requirements: 

Master’s degree preferred, or equivalent experience in public health, mental health, social work, social justice, or related field. At least 5 years in a leadership role in a nonprofit agency as well as a strong background in and knowledge of issues of sexual violence and other forms of oppression, and comfort speaking publicly about these issues.
