Main Areas of Responsibility: 

The ideal candidate will be passionate about inspiring youth to create change. As a skilled community organizer, the Executive Director will have both the capacity and talent to build on TC’s current programming as well as move the organization’s vision into the future.

Additional Areas of Responsibility: 

The Executive Director will have primary responsibility for fundraising and program development, direction of staff, working in partnership with the Board, community collaboration and public relations.

Other Information/Requirements: 

Bachelors Degree; Communication Skills; Fundraising; Management; Computers; Public Relations; Public Speaking; Problem Solving.
