College degree in a relevant field and/or related work experience. Current leadership experience and minimum five years of staff management required. Knowledge of EDGAR and other grant rules and regulations. Experience with public speaking, networking, and negotiating skills with various stakeholders. Background in strategic planning and setting direction for the organization. Experience with developing and managing multi-tiered projects and budgeting.
