Main Areas of Responsibility: 

The Executive Director is the key management leader of CLNKids/Cuidano los Ninos and is responsible for overseeing the administration, programs, and strategic plan of the organization. Including but not limited to fundraising, marketing, grant management, community outreach and representation. This position reports directly to the Board of Directors.

Other Information/Requirements: 

• Master’s Degree in Public Administration, Human Services, Social Services, Child Development or similar relevant field
• At least five (5) years’ experience as an Executive Director or similar administrator position with three or more years’ experience in a non-profit setting, preferably serving marginalized populations
