Main Areas of Responsibility:
The Executive Director is the key management leader of the organization. The Executive Director is responsible for overseeing the administration, programs and strategic plan of the organization. Other key duties include fundraising, marketing, and community outreach. The position reports directly to the Board of Directors. All NAPPR employees are expected to demonstrate integrity and focus on NAPPR’s mission throughout all aspects of their work.
Additional Areas of Responsibility:
• Provides direction and guidance to all NAPPR employees as appropriate
• Perform other duties as assigned by the Board of Directors
SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Direct Supervision provided to Department Directors, and business office staff, indirect supervision to all NAPPR employees
