Part-Time
Main Areas of Responsibility: 

30 hr/wk Oversight of Holistic Residential Therapeutic Community:
All nonprofit administratIve duties: staff training & supervision, management of all grants/compliance assurance, funding development, fiscal obligations, service coordination and program expansion.
Minimum 2 years mental health and administrative experience + LISW, LPCC, LMFT, or LPAT.

Additional Areas of Responsibility: 

Non-judgemental, culturally sensitive (embracing diversity), innovative.
Able to remain calm in chaos & crisis, maintain a sense of humor, and be a consummate team player. Well honed boundaries & recognition of the need for self-care essential.
