Main Areas of Responsibility: 

NMFOG is looking for an executive director to lead our statewide fight against secrecy and corruption and help usher in transparency. Bring your ideas – for legislation, advocacy, fundraising, education or collaboration. Every day is different, with a wide range of responsibilities from responding to hotline inquiries and planning fundraising events to giving seminars and handling organization finances.

Other Information/Requirements: 

FOG occupies a small office space in downtown Albuquerque. However, much of the job may be done remotely (even from home under the right circumstances and as approved by the Board). Occasional travel around the state of New Mexico is required, including to Santa Fe during legislative sessions. The executive director is supported by a Board of Directors and active membership, as well as one part-time employee.
Salary: $50,000 - $55,000, with insurance stipend
