Main Areas of Responsibility: 

Works closely with & reports to Board of Directors to fulfill St. Martin’s Hospitality Center’s (SMHC) mission, philosophy & goals. Responsible for overall administration & leadership of agency activities including fundraising, implementation, design and ongoing monitoring of a comprehensive range of support services for homeless individuals; staff supervision; budget control; resource & agency development; community & government interaction; public relations; & strategic thinking.

Additional Areas of Responsibility: 

Oversee services design/implementation in conjunction with Senior Leadership; Ensure that programs adhere to standards of funding sources; Work with Board of Directors & Sr. Leadership to develop the annual budget; Research & develop funding and resource sources.

Other Information/Requirements: 

• 5-10 years supervisory exp in organizations delivering health care, human services
• Program development
• Minimum: Bachelor’s degree; MBA, MA of Public Admin. or MA in related graduate degree preferred
• 10+ years of experience with fundraising & Board development
• Knowledge of fiscal control and facility management
• Knowledge of administering contracts with governmental agencies & other funding sources
• Knowledge of managed care concepts, w/focus on mental health field
