Main Areas of Responsibility: 

The Board of Directors is seeking a motivated, committed individual who can manage all administrative and outreach activities of the Center.

Strong financial management and budgeting experience is essential. Leadership responsibilities include: managing all business operations; overseeing the clinical operations; fundraising; grant writing; community outreach; and providing support to and staffing the operations of the Center's Board of Directors.

Additional Areas of Responsibility: 

The Pastoral Counseling Center is a non-profit agency which has been providing professional behavioral health services to the Santa Fe community for more than 23 years.

Other Information/Requirements: 

Bachelor degree or higher, with knowledge and experience in health-related systems of care; minimum of 3 years experience in budgeting and financial management; and appreciation and understanding the intersection between behavioral health and the spiritual beliefs and practices of various faith communities.
