Main Areas of Responsibility: 

Casa Q is seeking a full-time Executive Director to provide oversight of all organizational activities and ensure excellent community relationships and stable funding.Casa Q is a CYFD licensed 10 ­bed residential shelter for (LGBTQ) teens age 14-17 who are at risk of or experiencing homelessness.

Additional Areas of Responsibility: 

Implement the organization’s strategy and deliver core services. Raise operating funds by securing public and private grants and individual donors. Oversee all organization staff. Provide oversight and ensure CYFD compliance with all services including staff training program. Monitor, provide and ensure quality service delivery for clients, compiling with licensing and grantors.

Other Information/Requirements: 

Masters Degree in Social Work, Counseling, Public Health, or related fields or Bachelors degree and two years additional experience. Experience in program development and implementation. Experience working with at-risk and marginalized populations including LGBTQ youth and/or youth experiencing homelessness. Position is subject to a criminal background check (post offer).

Compensation: $50,000 to $55,000 per year, depending on experience (DOE).
