Main Areas of Responsibility:
Provides overall leadership and management to support the vision and mission of the organization. Working with the Board, will establish and implement strategic goals of the Center; develop effective partnerships and strategic alliances; develop and ensure quality of services and programs; ensure cost-effective management of operations; develop resources needed to maintain operations and activities; provide overall direction for communications.
Additional Areas of Responsibility:
Manage annual operating budget and staff; develop high profile for NMCNE and visible advocate for enhancing nursing profession; initiate and encourage collaboration and cooperation among other organizations, leaders, stakeholders; ensures operating policies are implemented, reporting variances to the board as required, and assuring that all legal requirements are compliant.
