Main Areas of Responsibility: 

The Executive Director will be responsible for strategic and operational leadership for NMX’s youth, staff, and board of directors, programs, expansions and execution of its mission. The Executive Director will have a deep knowledge of field, core programs, operations and business plans. The Executive Director will be responsible for developing and initiating fundraising events, programs and pursue relevant grants, sponsorships and donors.

Other Information/Requirements: 

Masters Degree in Business Administration, Social Work or other related fields preferred, or a Bachelors Degree with at least five years serving a non-profit organization. Must be able to demonstrate management experience and successful fundraising. Qualified applicant will need strong verbal/ written communication skills. Must be willing to work effectively in collaboration with a diverse group of youth.
