Job Description
Main Areas of Responsibility: 

Executive Director will have overall strategic and operational responsibility for Adaptive Sports Program’s staff, programs, and execution of its mission. S/he will initially develop deep knowledge of the field, strategic plans, and core operations and programs around NM including skiing, climbing, and water sports.

Additional Areas of Responsibility: 

Reporting to the Board of Directors, the Executive Director will have overall strategic and operational responsibility for Adaptive Sports Program’s staff, programs, and execution of its mission. S/he will initially develop deep knowledge of the field, strategic plans, and core operations and programs around New Mexico including skiing, climbing, and water sports.

Other Information/Requirements: 

Fundraising & Communications
• Expand revenue generating and fundraising activities on a local, regional, and national level to support growing programs through the annual fund, capital campaign, planned giving program, and special events
