Job Description
Main Areas of Responsibility: 

Seeking full-time Executive Director to provide leadership, ensure excellent community relationships, secure stable funding and implement the strategic plan. Casa Q’s mission is to provide safe living options and services for LGBTQ youth who are at risk of or experiencing homelessness.

Additional Areas of Responsibility: 

Represent the agency effectively with funders, donors and partner organizations. Review and secure grants, donations and program revenue from government funders. Recruit and oversee all staff. Work independently with support from organization’s Board of Directors.

Other Information/Requirements: 

Bachelors or Masters Degree in Social Work, Counseling, Public Health, or related fields. At least 2 years of supervisory experience. Experience in program oversight and compliance. Experience and expertise in working with LGBTQ youth in a culturally appropriate fashion.
