Job Description
Main Areas of Responsibility: 

The Executive Director is the Chief Executive Officer of El Ranchito de los Niños. The Executive Director reports to the Board of Directors, and is responsible for the organization's consistent achievement of its mission and financial objectives.

Additional Areas of Responsibility: 

Since the Director's purview and responsibilities are widespread and often all-encompassing and often the "face" of ERDLN, it is important that their work reflects the vision and mission of the organization. Specifically, the director will monitor and maintain the core values as they relate to the staff, in the operations and with public communication regarding ERDLN. Such communication will help ensure a consistency of vision and culture throughout the organization.

Other Information/Requirements: 

Education
• University degree in a related field
• Knowledge of human resources management
• Knowledge of financial management
• Knowledge of project management
Experience
• 5 or more years of progressive management experience in a nonprofit organization
