The ED is responsible for the day-to-day operations of the organization, implementing Greater Albuquerque Habitat for Humanity’s (GAHH) strategic goals and objectives while giving direction and leadership toward the achievement of GAHH's mission, strategy, as well as annual goals and objectives. Additional Areas of Responsibility:
The ED leads a staff of approximately 25 and a diverse group of volunteers and is responsible for developing and executing a $2M+ annual budget, servicing a $4.5M mortgage portfolio, and operating a $1M retail outlet. Further, the ED is responsible for raising funds, building homes for Partner Families, selecting and assisting families, and promoting community awareness.
