Job Description
Main Areas of Responsibility: 

Exciting hands-on opportunity to plan and coordinate the day-to-day administrative, operational and fiscal activities of El Ranchito de los Niños, a non-profit children's home (focusing on sibling groups). Duties include program implementation and administration, program marketing and outreach, internal and external operational/administrative liaison, development, budget management and control, and reporting.

Corporate Vision and Culture

Since the Director's purview and responsibilities are widespread and often all-encompassing and since he is often the "face" of ERDLN, it is important that his work reflects the vision and mission of the organization. Specifically, he will monitor and maintain the core values as they relate to the staff, in the operations and with public communication regarding ERDLN. Such communication will help ensure a consistency of vision and culture throughout the organization.

Other Information/Requirements: 

Education
• University degree in a related field
Knowledge, skills and abilities
• Knowledge of leadership and management principles
• Knowledge of all federal and state legislation and regulations applicable to nonprofit
Knowledge of current community challenges and opportunities relating to the mission of the organization
• Knowledge of human resources management
• Knowledge of financial management
• Knowledge of project management
