Job Description
Main Areas of Responsibility: 

The Executive Director is responsible for the day to day activities of SHC-NM implementing the strategic goals and objectives of the organization while giving direction and leadership toward the achievement of the organization's philosophy, mission, strategy, and its annual goals and objectives.

Additional Areas of Responsibility: 

Experience, education and expertise in the management and development of permanent affordable housing and community-based rental assistance programs for people with behavioral health disabilities and those experiencing homelessness. Experience in developing and managing housing utilizing a Housing First Model.

Other Information/Requirements: 

Candidates must have a Bachelors' degree from an accredited university, with a graduate degree highly preferred, and at least five years' of experience in supportive affordable housing programs. Applicants without the required qualifications will not be considered.
