Job Description
Main Areas of Responsibility: 

Reporting to a Board of Directors, the Executive Director is responsible for the functioning of the organization as a whole. Responsibilities include strategic and business planning, organizational financing, housing finance and development, and operational effectiveness to meet identified community needs.

Additional Areas of Responsibility: 

Candidate should have experience, education and expertise in the development of quality affordable and market-rate housing.

Other Information/Requirements: 

Bachelor’s degree from accredited university, with course work in public administration, business or related field; graduate degree highly preferred. At least six years of increasingly responsible experience in government, housing agency administration or related field, with three of those years of senior responsibility.
