Main Areas of Responsibility:
•Leadership of the development of an evolving mentoring and tutoring organization
•Face of the organization in interactions with collaborative organizations and individuals
•Managing functions of the day-to-day operations, personnel, bookkeeping, marketing, event planning, fundraising and implementation of goals.
•Working with Board to develop policies and operating objectives consistent with those of the organization ensuring effective implementation of major projects.
Additional Areas of Responsibility:
•Fiscal management of MATCH New Mexico, proficiency in working with spreadsheets, accounting software and accounting professionals
•Managing of legal and insurance liability needs of MATCH New Mexico, ensuring compliance with 501 (c) (3) requirements
•Oversees hiring and supervision of personnel.
•Participation in organizational fundraising and development activities.
•Coordination staff meetings and reports at least quarterly to the Board of Directors.
