Main Areas of Responsibility: 

The Executive Assistant provides administrative support to the President, the Board of Trustees and the Office of Advancement. As a representative and coordinator for these offices, the Executive Associate has the opportunity to build relationships with a wide variety of Menaul School constituents. The position requires a joy in working with people, excellent communication and customer service skills, proficiency in computer and database programs and strong organizational abilities.

Additional Areas of Responsibility: 

Represents the Office of the President, coordinates president's calendar, manages president's communications, prepares for meetings, manages office budget. Supports the Board of Trustees by managing meeting arrangements, materials, meeting minutes. Provides committee support, database management, gift processing and awards program management for Office of Advancement.

Other Information/Requirements: 

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Required: Excellent communications and customer service skills, Computer fluency/expertise with database skills, strong organizational skills, successful event planning experience, and affinity for education and lifelong learning. Bachelor’s Degree preferred; Administrative/Executive Assistant experience may be substituted for degree.
