Main Areas of Responsibility:
The EA provides the president and board with confidential administrative and logistical support. Responsible for maintaining board documents; planning and executing special events on and off campus; managing campus facility rentals; assisting development division and president in managing relations with donors via Raiser’s Edge.
Additional Areas of Responsibility:
Bachelor’s degree/minimum of seven years’ work experience. Ideal candidate is discreet and responsible, creative, flexible, works independently and collaboratively; excellent writing, proofreading, and organizational skills; experience with budgeting and event planning; proficient with technology and software; willing to work occasional evenings and weekends as necessary.
