Main Areas of Responsibility:
The successful candidate will assist the Executive and Deputy Directors in leading the organization, and manage a variety of media and communication related tasks. Tasks include but are not limited to rafting press releases, managing the Explora website, coordinating special projects and events, creating content for Explora social media channels, drafting content and copy for external and internal email marketing, and handling a wide range of other organizational tasks.
Additional Areas of Responsibility:
To do this role well, you should have strong experience as an executive assistant or have worked in a communication- related field and be savvy with social media and web presence. Strong candidates also will have dexterity with current office software, a preference for being busy and moving quickly, a flair for problem-solving, finesse at juggling multiple demands, and excellent customer service skills.
