Main Areas of Responsibility:
Executive Assistant will provide support primarily to the Executive Director to maintain her calendar and to receive calls and visitors. The assistant will also provide administrative and scheduling support to Administrative Director, Program Officer and Grants Administrator.
o Schedule appointments and organize calendars for the Executive Director and staff.
o Greet visitors, route calls and mail, answer general inquiries.
o General clerical duties and order supplies.
Additional Areas of Responsibility:
o Make arrangements for site visits and staff travel.
o Coordinate and prepare for all meetings. Schedule and provide support for conference center (including some nights and weekends).
o Maintain website.
o Assist the grants administrator with the grant application process and other projects as needed, including generating reports.
o Other duties as assigned.
