Main Areas of Responsibility:
The JCC of Albuquerque has an exciting opportunity for an Executive Assistant. Provides general administrative support to the CEO; including the management of the CEO’s schedule, support for the JCC Board of Directors, and special projects. This role also includes administrative support for fundraising activities.
Additional Areas of Responsibility:
Schedules the CEO’s appointments and meetings; sends meeting invitations, agendas to BOD and takes minutes meetings; processes donations and keeps fundraising database current; assists with donor communications, including sending out, thank you letters, and receipts; assists the Development Director with the NM Humanitarian event; assists Development Director with administrative tasks and special projects; leads, facilitates, or supports special projects as assigned.
