Main Areas of Responsibility:
The Executive Assistant is responsible for assisting with implementation of programs; fundraising and special events for a statewide non-profit educational organization; manage databases; facilitate program and donor acknowledgments; support program and alumni programs; assist with creation of e-newsletters and annual report; support public relations and marketing efforts; and create and distribute public relations and marketing materials.
Additional Areas of Responsibility:
The Executive Assistant must also help coordinate planning and implementation of programs and special events; assist with education and alumni programs and special events; ensure maintenance of speaker and volunteer files, program evaluations and databases; assist with newsletter and grant proposal development and editing; and provide administrative support.
