Main Areas of Responsibility:
The EA is the primary point of initial contact for both internal staff, volunteers, supporting sponsors and donors, and members of the community on matters directed to the ED. Will provide administrative assistance; calendar, project and scheduling management; oversee volunteers and related programs. Involvement with fundraising, event and program planning and execution. May be called upon to assist with Collections Management and special events. Must maintain a high degree of confidentiality.
Additional Areas of Responsibility:
• Maintains and updates website and Facebook
• Greets visitors, donors, and other members of the public
• Conducts tours of the collection
• Runs errands
• Assists with planning for and attends special events as required
• Other duties as assigned by the ED
