Main Areas of Responsibility:
Responsible for providing secretarial/administrative support to the Chief Administrative Office in the areas of management of incoming communications; preparation of general correspondence, memos, charts, tables, graphs, business plans.
Additional Areas of Responsibility:
Meeting preparation, recording, transcription and distribution of minutes; managing incoming calls; scheduling and calendar management; receiving incoming visitors; management of constituent database, coordination of giving campaigns, events and website/social media; human resources support, liaise with internal staff at all levels and other duties as requested.
