Main Areas of Responsibility:
Responsible for providing: secretarial/administrative support to the Executive Director in the areas of scheduling and calendar management; meeting preparation, including record, transcribe and distribution of minutes of meetings; monitor, screen, respond to and distribute incoming communications; answer and manage incoming calls; receive and interact with incoming visitors;
Additional Areas of Responsibility:
prepares and designs general correspondence, memos, charts, tables, graphs, business plans, etc.; liaise with internal staff at all levels and other duties as requested, such as assist with human resources filing system and accounting support.
