Main Areas of Responsibility:
The Executive Assistant is responsible for assisting the President/CEO, providing occasional support to all Directors and furthering the work of the Foundation.
· Manage calendar for President/CEO, including daily and weekly check-ins to ensure advance preparation and organization
· Schedule donor cultivation appointments, calls, notes, etc., in coordination with Advancement Staff
· “Download” President/CEO after all donor/partnership meetings and events to ensure appropriate follow up
Additional Areas of Responsibility:
· Maintain accurate records in CRM/FIMS
· Develop excellent relations with Board of Trustees
· Manage Board of Trustee meetings, including scheduling, attendance, board packet, minutes and
dissemination of approvals, policy and/or bylaw changes for permanent record
· Schedule Board of Trustee training and maintain manuals and Trustee Matrix
· Coordinate Committee Matrix’
· Schedule and prepare materials for Chair and Three Chairs meetings
· Governance Committee-Staff liaison
