Main Areas of Responsibility:
The Executive Assistant will provide support to the President & CEO and the Executive Vice President of UWSFC. The Executive Assistant will also provide support for the UWSFC Board of Directors and the organization’s Committees.
Additional Areas of Responsibility:
• Schedule and coordinate all Board and Committee meetings
• Competent minute taking for all Committee and Board meetings
• Schedule all appointments and conference calls for the President and the Executive Vice President
• Schedule meeting spaces, preparing and sending out notices, making reminder calls, preparing materials for meetings, arranging for food and/or beverages for meetings, and maintaining meeting records
