Main Areas of Responsibility:
Executive Assistant provides administrative support to the Development Office. In addition, provides secretarial/administrative support to the Executive Director of Catholic Charities, including schedule and calendar management, meeting preparation, including Board of Directors meetings, minutes, and follow up documentation and other duties as requested. Must be able to work occasional evenings.
Additional Areas of Responsibility:
Maintains company website, Facebook page and other social media. Oversees end to end preparation of Catholic Charities Newsletter. Assists with planning and executing special events. Prepare and designs general correspondence, memos, charts, tables, graphs, business plans, etc. Creates and develops visual presentations. Must possess excellent interpersonal communication and research skills.
