Executive Assistant

Job Description
Main Areas of Responsibility: 

Position available for an Executive Assistant who provides support and administrative aid to our Vice President of Marketing and Development.

Additional Areas of Responsibility: 

• Completes administrative tasks including: calendar appointments; expense reports; and correspondence
• Prepare Vice President of upcoming commitments, responsibilities, meetings
• Coordinates travel with travel department. 

• Assists with coordination of meetings, schedules, hospitality, special projects, even coordination, and runs various errands as needed.

Other Information/Requirements: 

• Bachelor’s degree in business, communication, or similar degree, OR 5 years’ experience in executive assistant work with high level executives.
• Strong organizational skills – able to shift priorities with excellent attention to detail, in a fast-paced environment.
• Expert communication skills.
• Self-manages and prioritizes. 

• Ability in event coordination.
