Main Areas of Responsibility:
The Executive Assistant is responsible for administrative support to the Executive Director and management staff. Provides enabling support by answering the main phone line, preparing reports as needed, handling information requests from staff and clients, and performing clerical functions such as preparing correspondence, receiving visitors, and scheduling meeting rooms.
Additional Areas of Responsibility:
Manages and automated telephone system; distribute incoming correspondence; greet visitors and determine whether they should be given access to specific individuals; maintain office supplies inventory; ensure operation of office equipment; maintains equipment inventories; manage office and conference room calendars; assists with organizing and staffing special events; compiles reports for the Senior Management Team; conducts quarterly training on phone answering protocol and etiquette for volunteers
