Main Areas of Responsibility:
• Foster relationships with parents to grow Annual Fund (or other fundraising) pledges
• Track and process donor pledges
• Support Foundation Treasurer with bookkeeping tasks in QuickBooks
• Support other Executive Board Members as needed
• Assist with fundraising activities
• Develop and maintain donor relationships
• Research funding opportunities
• Chair grant committee, must fund salary via grant approvals
Additional Areas of Responsibility:
• Clerical duties/Data entry
• Manage mailings of all sizes via postal mail and email
• Website updates, e-letters, Facebook entries and other online and social media tasks
• Act as backup to FOMF Secretary for meeting minutes at board meetings
• Solicit corporations for funding support
• Determine Alumni involvement plan
