Main Areas of Responsibility:
Serve as administrative support for Foundation and Company Boards of Directors and committees.
Assists in implementing marketing plan.
Uses approved software to maintain confidential donor records and assist in donor research.
Prepares and mails donor acknowledgement correspondence as well as any other correspondence as deemed appropriate by the Executive Director.
Additional Areas of Responsibility:
Create reports, graphs and charts, mailing lists and mail merge documents utilizing donor database program in conjunction with Microsoft Office.
Order and purchase office supplies as needed
Maintains administrative files and keeps appropriate backup data.
Assists in coordinating Fundraising function.
Coordinates meetings and teleconferences, prepares and distributes meeting materials, keeps and transcribes minutes of meetings.
