Main Areas of Responsibility:
The Executive & Marketing Assistant contributes to the fulfillment of Meals on Wheels of Albuquerque (MOW) mission by providing executive support in a one-on-one working relationship and fulfilling additional marketing initiatives as needed.
Additional Areas of Responsibility:
• Provides assistance by preparing correspondence, making /receiving phone calls, managing calendar
• Responsible for HR duties
• Assists in meetings
• Coordinates special events
• Prepares reports
• Maintains office supplies
• Maintains Social Media accounts
• Create publications like newsletters and emails
• Maintains website
• Creates other communications collateral when needed
• Assists in marketing the organization at off site events
