Main Areas of Responsibility:
Maintain an organized filing system of paper and electronic documents. Uphold a strict level of confidentiality. Develop and sustain a level of professionalism among staff and clientele. Schedule meetings and appointments. Coordinate executive communications including taking calls, responding to emails and interfacing with clients.
Additional Areas of Responsibility:
The Executive Assistant provides high-level administrative support to the organizations Executive Director and other Executive Team Management. Responsible for handling information requests and performing clerical functions such as preparing correspondence, receiving visitors, arranging conference calls and scheduling meetings. Will serve as a back on phones and front desk receptionists.
