Main Areas of Responsibility:
The Event Coordinator is lead contact and administrator for fundraising and sponsorship events, working closely with the Executive Director and additional contracted colleagues. The Coordinator’s main objective is managing events from inception to conclusion, collaborating with the Executive Director and the Development Committee, and creatively supporting our annual grant program.
Additional Areas of Responsibility:
Act as co-host with and manage needs of audience, guests, supporting board members/volunteers
Event budget creation and adherence
Maintain event tracking, sponsor status, as well as oversee item and experience descriptions and postings
Organize promotional materials
Prepare and distribute event reports
Other duties as assigned
Salary Range:
$32/hr plus travel stipend
