Event and Administrative Coordinator - Part Time

Job Description
Main Areas of Responsibility: 

Position provides special project and special event assistance such as membership drives, email marketing and event planning. Position may involve local travel for events.

Additional Areas of Responsibility: 

Job duties also include proactively assisting the Executive Director of the Albuquerque Bar Association by maintaining an efficient, organized office, gathering detailed information from clients through telephone interviews; following up on client questions with attorney members and providing appropriate information and referrals to clients; maintains computerized database system and manages website content.

Other Information/Requirements: 

Excellent written and verbal communication skills are used to interact with the public and membership. Applicant must be proficient in Microsoft suite and website administration. Spanish speakers desired, but not required.
