Main Areas of Responsibility: 

The Evaluation and Research Coordinator engages in timely, rigorous, and utilization-focused evaluation and research projects that advance cultures of Native American community health. A successful Evaluation and Research Coordinator will contribute to NB3 Foundation’s collective team efforts by contributing to ongoing evaluation and research projects, conducting quantitative and qualitative analyses, and communicating evaluation and research findings.

Additional Areas of Responsibility: 

In addition to providing administrative support for planning and implementation of evaluation and research conversations/meetings and assisting in communication with partners, event planning and implementation, the coordinator will track and oversee the program team meetings and calendars, conduct and share research, and initiate consultant contracts and invoices.

Other Information/Requirements: 

NB3 Foundation employees currently enjoy a 36-hour work week and a hybrid office schedule, working from home on Mondays and Fridays and in the Foundation office Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays.
