Enrollment Specialist

Job Description
Main Areas of Responsibility: 

Responsible for conducting screening for Centennial Care and other programs, outreach and enrollment targeting uninsured eligible children and adults.

Additional Areas of Responsibility: 

Makes referrals to support services as requested and performs data entry to track performance and monitor achievement of project’s goals and objectives.

Other Information/Requirements: 

High School Diploma (minimum) but Bachelors preferred.
Bilingual preferred but not required. Possesses a working knowledge of Centennial Care, County DHS offices, and/or Tribal Programs and other related agency policies and procedures. Possesses an ability and skill to interview individuals in order to determine eligibility for alternate funding.
