Main Areas of Responsibility:
Coordinate and implement training, job placement, and social services activities in arranging for the employment and training of participants entering and/or completing a training program or requiring employment and in arranging for social services offered by the Agency.
Additional Areas of Responsibility:
1. Fills out intake on clients and other paper work requirements for employment.
2. Determines eligibility for participation in Employment and Training, Social Service Program.
3. Assess client in order to provide service.
4. Job development/placement
5. Provides follow-up on individuals placed on jobs or training or receiving services in determining effectiveness of training services and placement efforts as required.
