Main Areas of Responsibility: 

Answer phones, greet clients and set up appointments for the Employment and Training Programs. Makes initial assessment of eligibility for programs based on guidelines. Prepares reports and types forms, documents, letters, etc. Fills out intake paperwork on clients as required for enrollment. Assists the Case Manager/Employment Community Specialist in updating and keeping participant files complaint, entering participant data into MIS, maintaining records and other general office duties.

Other Information/Requirements: 

High School Diploma or GED. Must have 1 year work experience in a general office setting. Social services experience a plus. Effectively communicate in English and Spanish. Experience with Microsoft Office, record keeping skills, ability to interpret and implement government regulations, work well with adults, and employers.
