Main Areas of Responsibility:
Provide administrative support in placing applicants into programs.
Perform general office procedures with limited or minimal supervision.
Additional Areas of Responsibility:
Answers phones, greets clients and sets up appointments for assistance and enrollment for the Employment and Training Programs.
Makes initial assessment for eligibility for our programs based on program guidelines. Refers non-eligible clients to other agencies.
Fill out intakes on clients and other paperwork required for enrollment.
