Employment Assistant - Part Time (Las Cruces)

Job Description
Main Areas of Responsibility: 

Provide all Administrative Assistance required to place applicants into a program.
Perform general office procedures and responsibilities with limited or minimal supervision.

Additional Areas of Responsibility: 

Answers phones, greets clients and sets up appointments for assistance and enrollment for the Employment and Training Programs.
Fills out intakes on clients and other paperwork required for enrollment.
Makes initial assessment for eligibility for our programs.

Other Information/Requirements: 

H.S. diploma or GED and 1 year of work experience in a social service setting.
Ability to communicate in English/Spanish a plus.
Experience with data entry, MS Office Suite, attention to detail.
